At RAGTAG GLOBAL, we strive for complete satisfaction with every fashion piece; however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
